How long is shipping?

WE SHIP WORLD WIDE FROM NEW ZEALAND 

Domestic - We typically have a 1 to 2-day domestic turnaround. If your order is made before 12 noon, it will be processed by us that day; otherwise, it will be processed the following day. All domestic shipments are free of charge, and we use express freight to expedite the process. We use NZ Post for domestic shipments. Once we have processed your package, we cannot guarantee the postal service will turn things around as quickly - although the service is generally fast, they do sometimes experience high volume periods that can add to the shipping times. Feel free to contact us directly if you need more information.

International - all international orders are sent via express DHL shipping. This is the fastest freight we can offer and it will typically arrive between 3 and 5 days. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all of New Zealand. Most other countries will incur a fee (we try to keep this to a minimum) because there is lithium in our batteries it can add to the cost. 

Will they fall out of my ears? 

ultro buds have been designed and tested by international elite athletes from a range of backgrounds (male and female). This has been done to ensure a secure fit! however, we cannot guarantee they wont fall out as everyone has different ears. In most cases it just takes a little playing around with the various sized loops and silicone tips. 

 

Can I make a return?

Of course you can, we want this process to be as seamless and stress free as possible. We will guarantee and replace all faulty products. however, due to the hygenic nature of the product we cannot return goods due to a change of mind or user negligence unless they are have not been worn and are in the sealed box they came in.
